Park LaGrange, Georgia 10 August, 2004 Highland
Park, on Lakeshore Drive between West Point Lake and the Highland Country
Club, is a new 93 acre, ultra-low-density residential environment that
has been planned with the highest value placed on the preservation of
nature and the fostering of a strong family and community culture. Its 75, approximately one-acre, lots have been carefully sited amongst a 5-acre park, a 7-acre nature preserve, an athletic field, and a series of hiking trails that allow residents to explore and enjoy all elements of the development’s natural environment. A unique, dedicated garage-access lane system separates automobile and pedestrian traffic, and follows a minimum footprint plan that is designed to preserve the beautiful old-growth forest that covers the rolling hills making up the development. Conveniently located in the Lagrange High school district, bounded by West Point Lake to the north and the Highland County Club golf course to the south, the quality tone of the neighborhood will be set by an infrastructure including a beautiful stone entry, stone curbs and bridges, wide winding sidewalks and amenities like a community boat dock on West Point Lake, and direct access to the Highland Country Club golf course. Underscoring
Highland Park’s focus on preservation, is the Take County Club road past Hollis Hand Elementary School, take a left on County Club Drive then left onto LakeShore Drive. Lots are available now. For information call Tracy Spinks at Spinks, Brown & Durand (706)884-5681. | |
